30. Eat no sugar for a week

This one will be a challenge. I love vanilla yogurt. I love iced coffee (with sugar). I love anything chocolate. But for the next 7 days (starting tomorrow, Monday September 20, 2010) I will not partake in any. No desserts. No sugar in coffee. No vanilla yogurt. Nothing with sugar in the ingredients. That includes honey, molasses, and maple syrup. I will check in occasionally to let you know how it's going.

For now, I'm going to go eat my last bowl of vanilla yogurt with chopped banana and graham cracker crumbs on top. OK, my last for a week. But it feels like my last ever. I'm in mourning.
